We’re pretty particular about what we do, so it goes without saying that we know what we’re looking for in our creative and accounts staff. 

First off, you’re articulate, even if your job is primarily in creative. Secondly you’re creative, even if your job is primarily in accounts. You’re not afraid to speak up, you’re ambitious and not afraid to show it and you’ve got at least one incredibly interesting story.
