As part of this project we carried out a brand audit of the existing position of the brand within the marketplace as well as all communication material utilised. This then fed into our 3 staged brand development programme where we worked in conjunction with the Senior Management Team to develop a new brand position, identity and look and feel.

This was then presented to several focus groups of key stakeholders to be tweaked before moving into final implementation of the brand across all collateral, which includes the development of a website, revamping all retail outlets both internally and externally, designing new stationery, press advertisements, staff uniforms, fundraising elements and all key literature for patients. We also work on all major marketing and advertising campaigns that tie in with key fundraising events throughout the year.
