As our clients have an ever-increasing demand for purposeful digital delivery, performance, and optimisation, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Paid Social Manager to join our growing team.

With a keen focus on data and results, we are passionate about the delivery and performance of our digital platforms, across which the paid Social Manager will play a central role. You will make an impact from the get-go, working on a series of projects across a wide variety of client sizes, industries, and geographies.


The Paid Social Manager will collaborate with respective teams to develop strategy for paid social promotion and will be responsible for setting up, optimizing and reporting on social campaigns. The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for the managing, executing and delivering client’s paid social strategy and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on delivering performance against agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities include planning, executing, optimising and reporting on best-in-class paid social media campaigns through available social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, etc) with emphasis on innovative initiatives, and working closely with the Client Services team to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results.


Campaign Management Responsibilities

  • Planning paid social campaigns across multiple-social channels.
  • Collaborate with internal brand partners to influence clients’ social media goals and client deliverables.
  • Keeps internal team apprised of status on all campaigns by issuing timely and accurate documentation and correspondence:
  • Develop campaign structure and sets-up campaigns within social platforms
  • Compiles data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics and analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
  • Stays abreast of changes and new opportunities in the social media space and proactively communicate key updates to the larger team
  • Trains and mentor associates on agency best practices
  • Critically analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
  • Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Social campaigns
  • Knowledge & experience of using Facebook Power Editor and Twitter Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, would be advantageous
  • Facebook Blueprint certified; Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam – would be a plus
  • A good understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Has solid knowledge of the brands, category, channels & processes
  • Well versed in vendor landscape, contributes to agency POVs
  • Intermediate level understanding of Excel functions (i.e., VLook-up, Pivot Table, chart building) and
