Senior Digital Designer (4-7 years)

Job Description:

Due to continued growth and expansion across our London and Belfast offices, we are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Digital Designer who has previously worked in a brand or design agency environment.

You will be working on a range of exciting projects on a global scale across a variety of sectors, – with many projects in London and Dublin. You will be joining a team of 40+ people who work across the main areas of brand, advertising, digital, social and video content. All disciplines work in tandem and with each other – and an appreciation of how brand and design works in a digital world – almost first – is very important.

You will be given senior responsibility, and will work directly into Matt Evans, our Creative Director.


The Person should have considerable experience in all expected areas of digital design:

  • Excellent examples of UX led projects and approaches
  • Ability to translate ideas and designs into prototypes
  • You will know the human centered design process inside out
  • A strong understanding of web development processes to drive your vision through to implementation
  • You will have good business and strategic understanding
  • You will be articulate and confident in presenting
  • You will be solution driven and have a strong problem solving skills
  • Develop consistent creative that works across multiple online channels with the ability to approach projects with a ‘digital first’ mindset.

It would be great if you…

  • Have experience leading or contributing to UX workshops
  • Have experience working within an agency environment
